 I really value V&A´s quick response and real one-on-one service. Everyone I´ve worked with there is a one-stop shop. Which is to say, every person is knowledgeable about what I´m trying to find out. They don´t refer me to someone else. I really value V&A´s quick response and real one-on-one service. If we unearth a line that shows corrosion, we call them to see how to fix it. They know that dig will be open for a limited time and they get the job done. V&A understands our organization. They do annual surveys for us, and they keep track of any changes in our security and safety regulations.

V&A has found that training is vital to the efficient production of high-quality work product and the overall success of the firm. V&A provides outside technical and management training to engineers, management, and administrative staff on an ongoing basis. V&A encourages all staff to participate in any type of training that they feel will help them excel in their careers and positions at V&A as part of their individual development plans. In addition, V&A encourages cross-training of all engineers and promotes, encourages and rewards mentoring of the younger engineers and staff. V&A provides first aid training, confined space entry training, and any other health and safety training required for a specific project. In addition, V&A provides its engineers and management staff with contractual and project management training.
