V&A is fast and responsive and they do quality work. They have a wide range of knowledge from structural evaluation to I & I study to pipeline design.

The major underground structures evaluation that V&A did for us has been an extremely valuable tool. We haven't seen such evaluations done even in larger districts.

V&A really understands our organization. Not only do they make presentations to our board, but they meet with all levels of our staff— inspectors, engineering aids, and senior engineers. They know our people by name and know how to get things done.
