Central Regional Manager - Houston, TX
Regional business development activities and all facets of local operations, including supervision of staff and development of regional budget.
As a member of the Leadership Team, opportunity to impact overall success of the firm.
Project delivery – works on billable projects and also oversees the project work quality and delivery in the Region
Business Development – Implements marking plans for the Region, oversees Regional proposal process, maintains positive relationships in the Region and makes educational presentations to clients on the services offered by the firm.
Education, Experience & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have any combination of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and experience totaling ten year with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Must have managed a business unit of $3,000,000 with three years of profitability and managed projects with a construction value of $500,000 or more. Registration as a Texas Professional Engineer is required. Successful candidates will have well-developed problem solving, decision-making, communication and team building skills.
