Top 50 Women of Influence for 2022

Our own CEO, Debra Kaye, is one of San Diego’s 50 Women of Influence by the San Diego Business Journal. This award is made based on Debbie’s many unique contributions throughout her dynamic, 35+ year career. She has successfully served in every position one can serve within in a water agency, from General Manager to Meter Reader and Customer Service Representative and every position in between. She owned her own consulting business, has worked as a Client Services Manager for a large engineering firm and held the position of Vice President of a UV Technology company. In 2015, Debra joined V&A Consulting Engineers as Senior Project Manager and was promptly moved into the role of Southwest Regional Manager. Debra became President and CEO of V&A in June 2107 and the majority owner of the firm in October 2019.
